A decent sequel that supports both outcomes from the original albeit without too much story deviation. Cut short likely due to studio management issues :(
What's good
What's not so
More flawed than the original, the sequel to Max's story delivers a brief adventure, with new interesting characters, good humour, songs and music.

Split timeline power is not as nice as rewinding time, but that is mostly due to cut content.

There are some decent cliff hangers and shocking revelations. Nice callbacks, texts and "social media".

Characters are developed well, though they could've benefitted from more interactions.

Less photos to be taken however. The "double exposure" mode only serves one story purpose.

It has it's moments though. Voice performance is still incredible. Environment, however small, feels well crafted.

One has to play with both Bae/Bay outcomes from the first game, but it doesn't change much in the story apart from a few dialogues.

Sometimes it could feel a little...

Collectible picking (other than polaroids) is tracked but not shown in chapter select. Annoying!

Overall, had a good couple of hours with it.

There's a sequel setup too, not sure if square enix is upto the task however.
