Needs no introduction, the racing series everyone has played or at least heard of. Here are some thoughts on titles I've tried over the years.
What's good
What's not so

This one has cool tyre effects, wheel support and okay music. First to be released for PS5 native. Story is meh. Gameplay is smooth. Very grindy with open-world collectibles.

Lot of NEON! No Ferraris!? Okay gameplay. Okay story. Not very memorable. Music quality has fallen with time, or I've grown older.

Desert. Decent story. Has Naomi! Action driving, whatever that means. Remember it being laggy on PS4.

Combat and Cop/Racer mode return. Decent music and story too. 30fps though. Overall, not bad.

Clean interface, but lacking the fun and nostalgia of the 2005 one. Full game available on iOS/Android too!

Opens with Edge of the Earth! Amazing sound mix! Good gameplay, action and modes. Local network gameplay on mobile/tablets too!

Crewed career mode. Unique gameplay. Good music. Good story too! A remaster of this would be nice...

A memorable one for all, featuring yellow "mexico" filter of the 2000s! Blacklist career mode is very good.

Good damn sequel. Released within a year too! Hard to imagine in the 2020s.

Probably the most played in the list on good old WinXP and Pentium 4. Good music, racing and story.

90s kids would have played this at one point or another, and would remember FZR2000 for some reason :p.
