A prequel to the original Red Dead Redemption, this game is a masterpiece in every sense of the word. The story, the characters, the world, the music, everything is just perfect. It's a must play for anyone who loves games.

In 1899, the end of the Wild West era has begun. After a robbery goes badly wrong in the western town of Blackwater, Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang are forced to flee. With federal agents and the best bounty hunters in the nation massing on their heels, the gang must rob, steal and fight their way across the rugged heartland of America in order to survive. As deepening internal divisions threaten to tear the gang apart, Arthur must make a choice between his own ideals and loyalty to the gang who raised him. From the creators of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption, Red Dead Redemption 2 is an epic tale of life in America at the dawn of the modern age.

Let's gooooo!
Few hours in, and I still cannot believe how good this game looks, on a base PS4 no less.
That they did, with everything that went into this masterpiece!
The in-game cutscenes play like a movie, and the story is just as good.
There's just so goddamn much to do in this CowboySimulator™.
HDR nights are as pretty as they can be!
You can tell so much went into creating explosion and rag-doll physics.
Whoops, don't think there's any more cops left!
The variety of climates and environments this game has on offer is staggering!
Speaking of stags, 😭
"I'm not crying, you're crying!"
Damn this game hits so hard!
10/10, with the only downside being the grind for 100% completion, which I cannot be bothered with, especially with no PS5 version in sight.
