Mass effect trilogy is one of the greatest RPGs ever made. The dialog options, the choices, and the story is all top notch. The combat is a bit dated, but everything else just makes up for it.

- The bloody Mako!
In the year 2148, explorers on Mars discovered the remains of an ancient spacefaring civilization. In the decades that followed, these mysterious artifacts revealed startling new technologies, enabling travel to the furthest stars. The basis for this incredible technology was a force that controlled the very fabric of space and time.
They called it the greatest discovery in human history.
The civilizations of the galaxy call it...
Mass Effect
Most games have an illusion of choice. What Bioware has created here is a game that actually has choices. Choices that matter. Choices that affect the story. Choices that affect the characters. Choices that affect the world. Choices that affect the universe!
For a game that launched back in 2007, Mass Effect does look other-worldy at times, the setting of the various planets you can land on is just amazing.
The Mako, though, well, even in the "legendary edition", this is one thing that hasn't aged well. It's a pain to drive, and it's a pain to shoot from. It's a pain to do anything with. It's just a pain!
Man this dialog hits hard.
Awkward elevator rides! Yep. New games it's just a black screen, well, Insomniac did it right with subways in Spiderman, but this is quite fun way to load.
Well, she's not wong, wait she is?
The VAs do a amazing job delivering such deep dialog.
Liara is the OG space waifu. (AI wrote this not me!)
Dayumn, this is a game that was ahead of it's time.
Definitely deserves a proper remake, and a replay.
An excellent game that I would recommend to anyone who likes RPGs, and sci-fi.
Continue the trilogy with Mass Effect 2...
